Video: French CI & PI—Pierre LePage Position Overview: We currently have a career opportunity for a Service Supervisor (Customer Service Representative) who is enthusiastic and exhibits strong organizational and communication skills to work at our Edmonton office. Reporting to the Home-Auto Operations Leader, the Service Supervisor is responsible for servicing existing Home and Auto policies and to develop new Home and Auto Policies. You will spend your time fielding inquiries and requests from home-auto clients. What you will achieve in this role Specifically, the Service Supervisor’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Processing insurance transactions (new, renewal, endorsements, cancellations) with strict adherence to underwriting guidelines • Accepting payments and processing changes in payment methods • Providing advice on recommended home and auto coverage and handling client inquiries What you bring to this role You have a solid knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance and competent computer skills. You have a minimum of three to five (3 – 5) years experience in Personal Lines Insurance and a background in customer service and sales. Excellent client service, organization and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a team environment. A General Insurance license is required with preference given to those who are working toward a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation.
