What you will achieve in this role Working in a fast-paced computerized environment, the Client Advisor will be responsible for servicing our customers; • Providing advice & servicing client’s needs on their Home / Auto & Specialty insurance products • Processing insurance transactions following underwriting guidelines to meet quality expectations • Taking claims information & forwarding the claim to the Specialty Lines Insurer • Covering for Specialty Lines team members when required • Understanding & following our various Specialty Lines Insurance Companies underwriting rules, guidelines & binding authorities • Accepting payments and processing changes in payment methods following standard accounting principles • Ensure all documentation is received to Underwrite the policy, handle phone call inquiries from existing clients and process necessary changes within the Epic / Applied Broker management system What you bring to this role Personal Lines Insurance and a background in customer service and sales. Excellent client service, organization and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a team environment.
